We had three members and one alumnus of our chapter in attendance at the annual Hyde Park conference in Hyde Park, New York. Our members are now beginning to put what they learned to use in our chapter. Congratulations to Paul Burow, Kyle Atwell, and Nick Santos of our chapter on the publication of their ideas in the 25 ideas series: LED Traffic Signals Congestion Charging In July, both Paul and Nick presented these proposals at the National Policy Expo in Washington DC. Paul is already hard at work getting the LED traffic signals proposal into the State Legislature.
